Returns/Exchanges

Return Policy: We greatly appreciate every customer, however, once orders are shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged during the shipping process.

Damaged or defective products can be returned after contacting our support team. Please submit a photo of the damaged or defective product to the team and once approved the same product will be sent out.

Cancellations are allotted before shipping takes place.

Consumers should be advised that Crowned Complexion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide the tracking number to the carrier service that delivered the package.
